Exchange and Refund policy:

We want you to love your order – but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!


-One exchange or return per order
You can request either a return or an exchange once per order. Please note that new shipping charges will apply unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Make sure to fill in all the required details in the online form.

-No preview before delivery
Since previews aren't available before delivery, we kindly ask you to check your order carefully once you receive it. If you notice anything unusual, just reach out within 24 working hours using the form on our website. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 working days.


-Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging – just like you received it.

-If you're returning an item, we’ll issue your refund through the same payment method you used (cash, card, or wallet)

-Printed items are non-returnable
Items that are made to order or personalized – such as MacBooks Cover, weekly and daily planners – cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Sale items are final
Products purchased as part of discounts or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

-Order changes or cancellations
You can edit or cancel your order within 4 hours of confirmation – as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

-If you choose to delay your order for more than 5 days or refuse to receive it, the shipping fee will be doubled on your next order.
