Exchange and Refund policy:

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

- All exchange or refund requests must be submitted through the E-form at the bottom of the page.
- One request per order (Exchange, Refund, or both).
- Transfer payments are processed within 2–7 business days.
- Transfer payments via “ card ,wallet or instapay ”

- Return & Exchange Conditions:

- The courier will first collect the item, Once we receive it, your new item will be shipped the next day. “ Exchange”
- New shipping fees will apply for exchanges or returns, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item.
- Please make sure to fill in all required details in the form.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Before Delivery Notice:

- No preview is available before delivery.
- Please check your order carefully once received.
- If you notice any issue, submit a request within 24 working hours through the form.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.


- Important Notes:

- Printed or made-to-order items (such as MacBook covers & planners) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders can be edited or canceled within 4 hours of confirmation (before shipping).
- If delivery is delayed for more than 5 days or the order is refused, the shipping fee will be doubled on your next order.
